Cindy’s back this week, cooking up a storm! Her Greek specialties include spanakopita, moussaka, baklava, and galaktoboureko – creamy egg custard between layers of flaky phyllo, all bathed in lemon honey syrup. Also find gourmet frozen pops, local veggies, plants, baked goods, pasture raised meats, cheeses, artisan work including jewelry, locally sourced wooden bowls and boards, and so much more. Live music by newcomer Tim Martin and market favorites Trio Cafe Budapest. Looking forward to a lovely Saturday at the market!
