Berkshire Worms has a new mix for you to try this week – Fire on the Prairie, a blend of fiery Rambo radishes alongside mild, lemony buckwheat. These subtly-flavored microgreens are a perfect addition to salads and sandwiches.

Pan-fry Bigfoot Farm’s shishito peppers, blistered in oil with lemon, garlic, red pepper flakes, you name it! And use their fresh thyme in the kitchen, paired with East Mountain Farm chicken or locally-grown zucchini.

Rhubarb Streusel muffins from Chris’s Kitchen are a farmer’s market favorite, a perfect and unexpected indulgence on a Saturday morning as you stroll past their table. Scrolling through the online store this week, treat yourself! 
Cindy’s Cookin’ Greek has her signature fresh-baked spanakopita and syrupy baklava at the market this weekend. Always quick to sell out, so get em right away!
Earth Sky Time has all of their sour-dough breads for those of you burned out on the bake-your-own trend.
East Mountain Farm is selling one more whole pasture-raised chicken this week – you could be the lucky roaster! Also check out the chicken liverfeet, and back for sale. You can make your own chicken broth! Stock up on bacon to pair with the tomatoes ripening this week.
Peace Valley Farm keeps the fresh produce coming! Get yourself an overflowing pint of green beans and cook them up with Peace Valley onions, new this week.
Quimby’s Greenhouse has everybody’s summer favorite – Butter & Sugar Sweet Corn! Perfect right off the grill and loaded with butter. 


And R&G Cheese has just the thing for your cheese plate – serve up prosciutto wrapped around a creamy mozzarellastrawberry rhubarb goat cheese, and a classic hard cheddar.

This Saturday, Talus Wood Farm is treating us to sweet, tart, glorious blackberries along with their gorgeous raspberry medley! Pop their fresh, pungent mint in mojitos and sprinkle edible summer blooms like calendula and bergamot flowers into your salad.

Two Bear Bakery is back at the market, and boy did we miss our weekly pastry fix! Try their cherry frangipane tarts, made with locally-grown cherries, or snack on feta, squash, and herb scones, made using ingredients from Cricket Creek and Caretaker Farm!
